Do you store any of my letter content or personal information?
No. Zero data is stored, transmitted, or logged — on any plan. Your letter inputs live only in your browser session and clear when you close the tab. Download your PDF before closing. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How does session access work if nothing is stored?
When you complete a payment, Stripe generates a session confirmation. We validate that confirmation and store a temporary access token in your browser's
sessionStorage — which clears automatically when you close the browser. This means you get full access during your session without us ever storing your identity. If you close and reopen the browser, you'll click a "restore access" link from your Stripe confirmation email to re-validate.How do I cancel my monthly auto-renew plan?
Click the Manage / Cancel button that appears in the access bar at the top of this page once you're signed in, or use the billing portal link in your Stripe receipt email. You can cancel in under 30 seconds — no emails, no hoops. Cancel before your next billing date and no further charges occur. Access continues through your paid period.
How do I request a refund on the annual plan?
Email support@zerodarkclaims.com within 30 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt. We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, the annual plan is non-refundable.
What's the difference between the $30 and $35 monthly plans?
The $30 plan auto-renews each month — you don't have to do anything and access continues. The $35 plan is a one-time purchase for exactly 30 days of access with no auto-renewal. If you don't want to think about canceling, the $35 plan gives you peace of mind at a $5/month premium.
Is this legal or medical advice?
No. Zero Dark Claims is an educational drafting tool on every plan. Drafts should be reviewed with a qualified VSO, accredited claims agent, or VA-accredited attorney before submission. No plan changes that.
